Title: New Probes of the Relic Neutrino Background

Abstract:
The cosmic neutrino background (CνB) is a firm prediction of the Big Bang Cosmology, but it has never been detected. Although the CνB has the largest flux among all known sources of neutrinos, its small kinetic energy makes any direct detection extremely challenging. We propose new indirect probes of CνB using their (off-)resonant scattering with high-
energy neutrinos, both of Standard Model and of new physics origin. In particular, we show that heavy dark matter decaying to high-energy neutrinos can be an effective probe of CνB clustering.
